Description

Information and Engagement Sessions

Thank you for attending the C3 Summit- a collaborative effort between 2-1-1 Broward and Leadership Broward Foundation – Class XXXVII.  We appreciate the questions you asked, the feedback you provided, and the time you shared.  Our hope is that you leave feeling informed, engaged, and eager to move forward.

Step 1:

Indicate your interest and willingness to join the movement towards person-centered care. Please use the registration form above to provide your preferred contact information and name of your organization.

Step 2:

Select and attend one of the Information and Engagement Sessions scheduled for the following 2019 dates:

Thursday, June 20th                Friday, July 19th

Tuesday, August 20th              Thursday, September 19th

All sessions will be held at 2-1-1 Broward (250 NE 33rd St., Oakland Park, FL 33334) and offer coffee and check-in at 8:30am, begin promptly at 8:45am and last no more than 60-75 minutes. These sessions will bring together smaller groups for in-depth discussion of the value a CIE offers your clients and agency, and will ultimately form two advisory bodies: Governance, and Community Network.  Completion date: September 30, 2019.

Step 3:

Prior to attending you will be asked to complete a brief survey that assesses your current data collection and sharing efforts as well as organizational capacity and infrastructure.  This will inform our conversation at the Information and Engagement session. After attending you will be offered a one-on-one meeting at your agency to further explore what is most valuable to the communities you serve and your team.  “Lived Experience” will be an essential part of this process.  Completion within 30 days of your I&E session, based on your availability

Step 4:

During the last quarter of 2019 meetings will be led by the respective Governing body and the Community Network body.  Together we will focus on refining a legally compliant framework and adopting interoperable and scalable technology.  Initial and long-term sustainability measures will include a clear understanding of costs, business models, and value propositions for key sectors.
