Palm Beach Symphony Artistic & Music Director Ramón Tebar makes his triumphant return to the PBS podium in a lush evening of German masterpieces performed in the Ponce de León Room of The Breakers Palm Beach. Our esteemed conductor will lead the orchestra in a musical Journey from Germany to Scotland, featuring the works of master composers, Felix Mendelssohn and Robert Schumann. The program includes Mendelssohn’s Symphony No. 3, known as "The Scottish Symphony" and inspired by his trip to that country, and Schumann’s innovative and romantic Symphony No. 4. Elevate Your Evening – For the first time in our 44-year history, Palm Beach Symphony is pairing our highly anticipated annual gala with a masterworks concert to present “Symphony of Treasures, An Evening of Discovery & Wonder.” Following the 6:30 performance of “Journey from Germany to Scotland,” symphony guests will enjoy a festive post-concert reception. Gala patrons will continue their evening in The Breakers’ elegant Venetian Ballroom where they will share cocktails and mingle with orchestra musicians, followed by dinner and dancing in the Mediterranean Ballroom.
