We signed up for Blacktie two weeks prior to our biggest fundraiser of the year. In that incredibly short time, we made over $2200 in online ticket sales, took RSVPs and set up tables for over 375 people, and had name tag stickers printed and ready to go for all our guests. This is amazing! The ease of use was incredible - we got master lists of all table arrangements, attendee reports, and uploads and downloads of the most current RSVP and auction item information using Microsoft Excel. Our volunteers could access all the latest payment and sign-up information from home, making our event planning "portable". Since I am a single-person staff, I really couldn't have supervised this event without the smooth and efficient data management I got with Blacktie. The system even saved me after the event when I was able to process day-of credit card ticket purchases and auction item purchases. The support from the Blacktie staff was flawless, even on a Saturday afternoon three hours prior to the event starting! I consider our subscription to Blacktie to be the best development investment I've made yet!

Thanks again for taking care of us. The service from you is quite remarkable! And, officially, "The RMCMA sold 86 tickets on-line through Blacktie--nearly 20% of all tickets sold-- for our fall (2003) opera, "Amahl and the Night Visitors" . We only joined in August, so this was just the second event we posted. The rsvp lists were easy to download and then add to our database, and the check came through promptly, nicely itemized. I wanted to thank you for putting together such a fine organization. I was overwhelmed by the attention to timely customer service and the flexibility that everyone there has shown us. We were using other systems that were awkward, expensive, inflexible and were getting bad customer service on top of it. We had heard good things about BT and decided we wanted to know more. We signed up mostly because of the on-line registration and then noticed all of the other things that you could do form us and it was fantastic - nametags, listings of our events, banner ads, ticket swaps, and on and on. I only wish I had more time to explore all the other things you have out there for us. I will soon have this time I hope. Thanks again for seeing how the nametag system could be customized a little bit for our needs. Our attendees want to see who the other people there work for so they know who to talk to and how to relate to them. We even put a title on sometimes, but have backed off from that in the name of space on the badge. Great new features and benefits come from such things. I hope to have you attend one of our events sometime soon. BTW - Elizabeth and Pietra have been great to us as well.
